Dear Colleague,
I am pleased to invite you to an upcoming Neural Therapy Training Seminar on Long Island, New Yorkâan immersive, hands-on educational experience designed for healthcare professionals who wish to integrate this powerful and transformative modality into their clinical practice.
Neural Therapy (NT) is a safe and effective injection technique that works by regulating the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) through the use of local anesthetics. By restoring autonomic balance, Neural Therapy can positively influence immune, endocrine, digestive, and emotional regulation, often producing rapid and profound clinical effects.
Practiced for nearly a century throughout Europe, South America, and the former Soviet Union, Neural Therapy remains one of the most effective yet underutilized medical modalities in North America for restoring physiological regulation and healing.
Course Overview
This seminar focuses on palpation-guided injection techniques, with an emphasis on head and neck anatomy, functional neurology, and clinical applications.
- Dr. Richard Nahas will introduce innovative palpation-guided techniques based on a novel structural framework linking fascia and the nervous system. These concepts provide a biomechanical and scientific explanation for Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians and chakras.
- Dr. Perry Perretz will teach practical techniques for small and large joint injections.
- Dr. Michael I. Gurevich will provide extensive hands-on instruction in Neural Therapy injections, muscle testing, and emotional release techniques, with special emphasis on the head and neck region.
Head Injections:Â Crown of Thorns and scalp-Temporomandibular (jaw) joint-Ear and mastoid region-Otic ganglion and mandibular nerve-Parotid gland-Major and minor occipital nerves-Lymphatic drainage of the facial skull-Ciliary ganglion
Neck Injections:Â Superior cervical ganglion-Cervical lymphatic system-Superior laryngeal nerve-Glossopharyngeal nerve
Learning Experience
This workshop is the third segment of our comprehensive Neural Therapy training program; however, each seminar may be taken independently.
The program is highly experiential. Participants will both administer and receive treatments, allowing for deeper somatic understanding and clinical confidence. Many past participants describe this experience as professionally transformative, fostering both advanced clinical skills and meaningful collegial connections.
Our goal is to help you confidently integrate Neural Therapy into your practice, expand your therapeutic options, improve patient outcomes, and offer hope to patients who have not responded to conventional treatments.

Testimonial
Dear Dr. Gurevich,
Your recent October 2025 class on Neural therapy was fantastic. I had no experience with this amazing treatment before. The lectures were clear and slides were great. The other class participants were extremely interactive and helpful. I especially appreciated the third day which consolidated learning and provided additional hands on experience. You are a very gifted healer, extremely patient and kind. I appreciated the loving support, as you directed our placement of injections. Your level of consciousness elevated the entire experience. Thank you very much.
Dr. Gurevich is an incredible practitioner and mentor. His knowledge is deep, practical, and full of clinical pearls that you simply cantâs learn from textbooks. He is patient, compassionate, and truly takes the time to understand his patients. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a highly skilled and caring clinician.
